• All accepted abstract presenters can enjoy the HKSCP Member’s registration rate.
• Discount will be offered to group registration. For details, please contact the Symposium Secretariat.
• The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). Price in US Dollar is for reference only.

Payment Method
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

1. Visa, MasterCard
2. Alipay
3. Cheque in HKD (for local participants), payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd”. 
4. Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat by email: info@icdshk.org.

Before 31 December 2025	50% of registration fee will be refunded
After 31 December 2025 (Including no-show in the Symposium)	No refund

All refund will be processed after the Symposium.

Rules and Regulations

1. Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
2. The Symposium Secretariat will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment.  Kindly check the letter of confirmation.  Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to Symposium Secretariat. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat by email: info@icdshk.org.
3. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administration charge. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Symposium.
• For cancellations on or before 31 December 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, no refund will be made.
4. A replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 31 December 2025.
5. For those who register at member rate, the Organizer reserves the right to charge the difference of member and non-member rate if the registered participant is not on the membership list.
6. The program is subject to change without prior notice.  In the event of cancellation of the Symposium, the only liability of the Organizer is to refund all the fees paid. In case of any disputes, decision of the organizer shall be final and conclusive.
7. All enquiries should be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.
