Registration

The Registration Desk is located outside Room S428 foyer, Level 4 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and will be operated during the following hours:
31 January 2026 (Sat), 08:15 – 17:00
1 February 2026 (Sun), 08:30 – 17:00

Speakers Preview Room

To ensure the smooth running of sessions, speakers can submit their PowerPoint presentations at the Speakers Preview Room at Room S429, Level 4 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) to upload your presentation(s) at least half day prior to your session(s).

The opening hours of Speakers Preview Room are:
31 January 2026 (Sat), 08:15 – 17:00
1 February 2026 (Sun), 08:30 – 16:30

Exhibition

An exhibition of medical and pharmaceutical products is held in conjunction with the Symposium.

The opening hours of the Exhibition are:
31 January 2026 (Sat), 08:15 – 17:00
1 February 2026 (Sun), 08:30 – 17:00

Coffee/Tea

Coffee/Tea will be served at the Exhibition Area at the designated times.

Lunch

Lunch boxes will be available on a first-come-first-served basis at the lunch symposium.

Language

The official language of the Symposium is English. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

Badge Identification

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Symposium. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Symposium venue.

Certificate of Attendance

E-Certificate of attendance will be sent to all attendees after the Symposium.

Personal Property

Please take good care of your personal belongings.  Do not leave them unattended. The organizer and the Symposium Secretariat will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal properties.

Liability

The Organizers will not be liable for personal accidents, or any loss or damage of private property during the Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
